Netzer brings over six years of executive protection security experience to the company. Through this experience he became well versed in GPS technologies and Internet applications.
A creative, self-taught electronics designer, Netzer has been directly responsible for defining and developing the company's proprietary technology. He handles the ongoing technical operations with current and new vendors, oversees device test and activations, and is responsible for the overall performance of the several systems making up the company’s operations.
Prior to GPSit, Netzer was involved in several start-up companies where he was responsible for marketing and funding activities.
Netzer is a seasoned entrepreneur and businessman, and has extensive experience in sales nationally and internationally.

Kyle Colwell has over 20 years in the security, asset and personal protection field. Kyle is a veteran of the United States Army's elite Airborne Ranger Regiment and also holds a BS degree from UCLA in Political Science/International Relations as well as a Master’s degree in Education.
Kyle has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies and clients. He was part of an organizational team that was responsible for protecting and advising media and public figures, transnational corporations, government agencies, state police agencies, 25 university police departments, the U.S. Supreme Court Police, U.S. Marshall’s Service, U.S. Capitol Police, a defense intelligence agency and the Central Intelligence Agency.
He has experience designing protective security strategies and supervising high-level protective operations and logistic support for high-risk situations. He has been involved in hundreds of protective details for some of the world's most prominent public figures.
Kyle has an extensive background in threat assessment, management of violent situations and developing systems and strategies for improving high-risk situations. He has worked with GPS and location based solutions for over a decade.
Gary has well rounded experience in a Professional CPA accounting practice as well as all facets of business operations in the commercial field, both as an employee and Entrepreneur.
Holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, IRS Registered Enrolled Agent and various other California Licenses. A non active CPA(SA), he specializes in assisting young companies establish their financial controls and reporting structures.
The background in Auditing and Internal control helps round the experience in Strategic Planning, Financial Reporting and Tax planning.
His Operational experience provides the ability to examine Risk, and manage this, as well as understanding the merits, and needs for proper Financial Control using efficient and effective methods within the given resources.
Gary has been brought on board to help establish the Financial control, and reporting necessary, for the company to expand and grow with proper financial direction.
Senior Advisor Wireless LBS
Brit recently retired as the Director of Business Development at SnapTrack / Qualcomm where Hybrid Assisted-GPS was first developed. In his role there, Brit was responsible for licensing and partnerships, as well as evangelizing the business opportunities for Location-Based Service providers, particularly emphasizing the coming future growth area of Asset Tracking.
In previous employment, Brit was EVP of Datacast, President & CEO of Digideck, EVP & GM of Xebec Limited Partners, and VP & GM of Precision Echo. Between these companies and others, Brit has held engineering, marketing and general management positions in the telecommunications, tape and disk drive, and defense industries.
Brit holds the BA/BSEE degrees from Rice University, MSEE from UC Berkeley, and an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford.
Brit is currently serving as a mentor to a number of small firms, and on the Board of Directors of Neural Systems, Inc.

Rey is an experienced senior operations professional who is well regarded for his decisive leadership and proven ability to dramatically increase revenues and profits in intensely competitive environments. He is a strong organizer, motivator and team player with established record of success in identifying new and emerging business opportunities.
In his roles at SONY CORPORATION (VP of European Television Operations, President of Sony de Mexicali and President of the Sony Center for Mexico Manufacturing) Rey developed operational strategies and directed major projects from concepts through implementation.
He revitalized under-performing territories, identified and developed new business opportunities, streamlined operations, maximized productivity and delivered exceptional financial performance.
Rey was responsible for advancing a winning position in dealing with the Mexican government regarding its policies toward the television industry. As Sony's representative, he negotiated with Mexican authorities on matters such as duties, taxes, and NAFTA-related issues involving the Maquiladora industry.
Greg White has over twenty-two years of experience in executive management, business development, and sales within the technology industry. He has demonstrated success in all aspects of early-stage company growth including strategic planning, team building, partnership development, and fundraising.
Greg was President and CEO of Air-Trak, a mobile resource management and tracking company. Prior to that, he was also the Founder and CEO of Kablink, an innovative photo-sharing Web site. The privately funded company developed a means of quickly uploading images to the Web for consumer and business communications. Greg was also founding CEO of TriTeal, an enterprise software company. After three private funding rounds, TriTeal went public in the first wave of Internet IPOs. Prior to TriTeal, Greg worked in various sales management roles at Sun Microsystems, AGE Logic (now NetManage), Apollo Computer, and Hewlett Packard.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Greg has served on the boards of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation and the San Diego Software Industry Council, of which he was also President and Chairman.
Yusuf holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Ege University. He is currently an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at San Diego State University.
He is the director of Mobile Computing and Networked Embedded Systems Laboratories which he founded at SDSU. His active research interests include Location based services, Mobile computing and communications, Pattern recognition, MAC protocols and Wireless sensor networks. He served as Director of Network architecture at Entropic communications and contributed to the specification and design of c.Link home networking technology currently standardized by MOCA alliance.
His contributions to c.Link resulted in two patents filed by Entropic communications. He designed and implemented SPARNET, self-organizing multichannel wireless network supported by an US Army STTR grant.
He published over 60 papers in the areas of computer networks, neural networks , pattern recognition and mobile computing. He is an activist in international engineering education. He is the curriculum coordinator and a co-PI of ICACE (International Cooperation in Ambient Computing Education) consortium supported jointly by US Department of Education and European Union. He worked as a consultant for Convera Inc., Graviton, Elintrix Inc., Nicolet Imaging, Pentek and Entropic Communications.
